First Field Trip

 Eden had her first field trip the week before Halloween.  They went to Mary's Pumpkin Patch and we all had an awesome time.  We got to ride a hay ride and a train, play on a swing set, jump in a bounce house, pick a pumpkin, pet animals, and much more.  I had a great time finally getting to meet the other moms and putting faces with the names of the kids Eden comes home talking about all the time.  Michael stayed home that morning with Harper so Eden and I could have some one on one time.  She was so excited that I was there and would not leave my side=)

 Halfway through the hayride they stop and let you out and you can go and do a maze and climb up in a tree house.  It is really neat.

 The tree house over looks the maze so if you get stuck someone can help you out if they want to.

 Eden wanted to go through the maze and do it all by herself with out any help from me.  I just followed her.  And she did it all by herself fairly quickly.

For my memory:  As of right now, Eden talks about and plays a lot with Ava, Katie, Lyla, and Ella.  We had a great time that morning together and Eden was very tired by the end of it from running around with all of her classmates.

Zoo Day

 On a Wednesday afternoon, Michael took off work and we all went to the Little Rock Zoo.  It was a gorgeous, warm day and we had the zoo to ourselves which was kind of crazy.  I had never been before and we had a great time.  Eden, of course, loved it.  She loves animals and enjoyed walking around and seeing them ALL!!!  I did too=)

 The giraffes were a big hit for Eden.  

 We enjoyed watching this tiger playing in the water.  He went and played in the waterfall, towards the back of the picture, which Eden thought was funny.

Harper's view of the zoo.  She slept the entire time in the sling while we walked around for hours.  We had the best afternoon all together and we were thankful Michael took off for the afternoon so we could hang out.

Gymnastics Halloween Party

For gymnastics the week before Halloween, the kids could wear their costumes and then they had a little party.  Eden wanted to wear her Belle dress, which ended up coming off half way through the obstacle course.  She and the other girls looked so cute.  They all had a lot of fun in their costumes.

I had to throw in a picture of Harper, of course.  Thank you, Aunt Terry and Uncle Joe, for the cute outfit.

Pumpkin Patch 2011

 This past Saturday we took off for Motley's Pumpkin Patch after the Arkansas game.  It was such a beautiful day and we had a great time getting out with Harper.  We surprised Eden by showing up there and she remembered everything about it.  We have been the two previous years.  She was so excited and couldn't wait to pick out pumpkins for our front door area.  Harper did well, but she didn't want to stay in the stroller so Michael and I took turns holding her.

 Eden did a great job this year posing for pictures.  Love her and her smile. 

 I'm so thankful that Eden doesn't mind holding Harper.  She loves it and asks to do it all the time, especially if Harper's not crying=)

 It took some convincing, but we finally got Eden on top of the hay.

We had such a fun outing.  Eden gets to go to Mary's Pumpkin Patch on Wednesday with her preschool so I will have pictures from that hopefully.  She is so excited to go to a different one and do it all over again.  I've been told that Mary's has a few more activities for the kids to participate in so that will be fun.   Stay tuned.....

Pictures, Pictures, and More Pictures

 This is what Eden and Aunt Lindsay worked on the day we had Harper.  It was so sweet to come home to this.

 If you click on the picture you can see it better, but Eden wrote out Harper's name.  She is getting so good at writing.  Love her so much.  She is doing really well now with Harper.

 Last week we went to the park for a picnic and so Eden could get out some energy.  Harper slept the entire time.

 Eden has found a new way to swing.  I also got video of her pumping her legs and swinging all by herself.  Can she really be getting so big?

 On Saturday, Morgan, Jamie, J. David, and Myles came to visit and meet Harper.  J. David and Eden had the absolute best time together and Myles of course is just a doll.  We took J. David to All A Board to eat.  He LOVED it.  The trains delivering food were a big hit.
