My sister is going to be a nurse!!! She just graduated from Arkansas State University and got her BSN in nursing. She finished up their one year program at the end of July and I was able to go up for her pinning on a Friday night. If you don't know, when you finish your class work you get pinned by another nurse and it is a special ceremony every nurse has gone through. Well my mom got to pin Lindsay and pin her special school pin on her. My mom was giddy that she got to do that=) They had a catered meal that night and a special ceremony. My parents and I got to spend the night in Lindsay's townhouse too. It's really cute. Since graduating she accepted an emergency room position at St. Bernard's there in Jonesboro. She will make a great ER nurse. The next step for her is to just pass her NCLEX test.

I'm so proud of Lindsay and all she has done. I can't wait to see what a fantastic nurse she will become and all that she is going to learn and do. Love you, Lindsay!!!!
