Pumpkin Carving

Monday night Eden and Michael planned a date night to carve her pumpkin.  I had found several free stencils online and Eden chose to do the My Little Pony one.  She loves her My Little Pony stuff.  Michael is such a trooper and worked so hard carving that pumpkin.  It took forever and Eden had to go back and forth and keep checking on him, ha.  She even took some pictures playing around with the camera.

These pictures were taken out front by the hay bale that was set up really cute for Harper's party but it rained so we couldn't do pictures that day, so these are make up ones=)

Michael working on cutting off the top with the girls looking on.

 Eden discarding of the insides.

That's how she really felt about touching the guts of the pumpkin.

Harper getting in the middle of it.

Both girls enjoyed messing with the strings and seeds.

Of course, Eden found an opportunity to pose;)

Eden took this picture of her daddy hard at work.

And she took this one of Harper.

The finished product.  Eden was so proud of her pumpkin!

The glowing My Little Pony pumpkin.

Tuesday afternoon Eden and I made Nutter Butter ghosts.  I was taking a meal to a family who had recently had a baby so we took them some treats to enjoy with their meal.  She really enjoyed helping and did such a great job on each and every ghost!

Let me just say that those pics of Michael carving the pumpkin with the girls are just precious. He's a great daddy {especially to carve a MY LITTLE PONY pumpkin!}.
