Trotter Christmas

We got to Searcy around lunchtime and helped mom fix the big Christmas meal that we were having that evening when Morgan and family made it into town.  Lindsay was already at the house and my dads parents from Kansas City were in town for Christmas this year.  We had a great time getting to visit with them and hang out with them.  They had not met Harper yet, so they got to meet her and Camden when they made it into town.  Morgan and Jamie made it about 5pm that evening and we had our big meal all together and then we opened more gifts.

Grandmother holding Camden.

Jamie opening her gift from Lindsay.  All the adults in our family drew names this year so that was fun.

Harper reading a new book she was given.

Eden showing off what J. David and family gave her.

Harper got a new coat, which couldn't have been more perfect for the weather we were getting.

It's SNOWING!!!!!

 Grandmother was coloring with Eden.

Eden holding Camden.  She couldn't wait to hold him again.  Aren't they the cutest?  Eden LOVES babies.

Christmas will definitely be memorable this year.  With the great snow storm that we got on Christmas night, we had several power outages here and there and we also had a lot of sickness going around the house which made it interesting.  We definitely didn't take as many pictures as usual since we were all in the survival mode that week.  We did get in several games here and there which is always a lot of fun.  We had a great time and hope that the next time we are all together we will all be healthier and have an even greater time together.
